Married in 1998 Debbie moved with
her husband from London to a quiet location in Buckinghamshire and has been
here since 2000. While in London, Debbie embarked on a professional study
programme in Astrology that continues very much today, working with clients
on their birth horoscopes to gain a little insight into life
Debbie has attained qualifications in Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy massage
and Reflexology gaining VTCT Diplomas in each practise. Debbie is also a member
of the International Council of Holistic Therapists (MICHT) a recognised body
that keep therapists informed of news that is both educational and informative,
as well as working in compliance with their codes of ethics.
Gaining Reiki Master Level in 2006 continues to be an extremely fulfilling
part of her life; it works very well alongside any complementary therapy and
in itself a very relaxing and calming treatment to those who receive it.
Another fulfilling aspect of her career is working alongside the Carer’s
association; holistic massage continues to be a very valuable and needed
service to those who often have very busy, stressful and challenging lives.
It offers well needed relaxation and stress relief to people who give so
much of their time to others.
Finally, Debbie believes that the mind body and spirit are uniquely interchangeable
hence; it’s striving to constantly achieve balance and inner healing.
However because of our busy and often stressed lives, that balance is often
out of kilter with the natural flow of our own energy systems - due often
to the heavy worries and anxieties we put on ourselves.
Holistic treatments taken regularly will do much to help alleviate unwanted
tensions and strains. You can feel rejuvenated and relaxed even after a half
hour treatment.
Debbie enjoys Karate, film and theatre, socialising, walking the dog, travelling,
science fiction and fantasy, crystals and anything spiritual.
